Following up on this previous post, Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin will veto part of the state's budget that would require Presbyterian housing on campus to pay taxes. This allows the current tax-exempt status of the religious housing to remain in effect, funding not only the housing but outreach and ministry as well. The veto is expected to occur on Sunday.
