As Amendment 10-A passes, Kevin Park reflects on a motion that failed before the end of General Assembly: the creation of a 5th Korean language presbytery. The motion was defeated on the grounds that the leadership of women and second generation pastors is not valued highly in these presbyteries, and that there tends to be little accountability outside of the presbytery.
