The Synod of the Pacific has upheld the ruling of Redwood Presbytery's Permanent Judicial Commission. Charges against Rev. Spahr of implying same-sex marriage could be official in the church, performing same-sex marriages, and disobeying polity were sustained by Redwood Presbytery and now cannot be further appealed.
